SCOTTISH TIPEC MEETS THE ANCESTORS

on their Summer Run to the Crannog in 2004

Derek Brien wrote of this event: What a fantastic day out yesterday, helped in no small part by the weather. Imagine, sun burnt in Fife in the month of April!! Five 944's, three 924s and a 914 enjoyed a leisurely drive through the East Neuk of Fife and attracted many an admiring glance. A visit to the Secret Bunker was followed by an excellent lunch at The Anchor Inn in Pittenweem and then down to Anstruther Harbour for some more photos. Thanks to Stewart for organising the day and to everyone who came along for making it so enjoyable.

Craill Raceway 2002. For £30 a head the organisers of Craill Raceway set out two track layouts on this World-War 2 airfield. The run-off are very generous and it's difficult to bend your car, as there's nothing to hit. Cars go out singly or two or three at a time, but spaced equally around the track to ensure that no one does anyone else any damage.
